Roy is a member of the executive team, supporting Digital Opportunity Trust operations at all levels through the oversight of the design and development of learning programs. Responsibilities include oversight of learning programs that target global operations staff, program facilitators, and program beneficiaries. Learning design and development projects requires regular coordination with leadership and staff within the strategic development, program design, monitoring and evaluation, program implementation, and communications teams. Program design focuses on models that support the scaling of DOT's peer-to-peer, youth-led development model and the application of technology as an enabler of economic development, education reform and social innovation. Current countries of focus include Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, Lebanon, and Jordan.
