I have been a Moodle system administrator since 2012, as well as an Instructional Designer (supporting faculty preparing to teach online using Moodle) and an instructor in undergraduate statistics in both fully online and flipped classroom formats using Moodle. Prior to working with Moodle, I taught and administered WebCT and Blackboard sites.I am also a researcher in learning theory and curriculum theory, most recently specializing in learning analytics. I am a doctoral candidate at the University of New Hampshire. My dissertation explores using the Community of Inquiry model to predict learner success in online university courses.In 2016 I was invited to join Moodle HQ as a Research Analyst. This is my dream job. I am now able to work full-time in helping to improve open source teaching and learning tools using everything I have learned about pedagogy, cognitive science, and user interfaces.For more about me, see:
