As a loyal Moodler with more than ten years working in Moodle platform, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share some of my experiences in designing Moodle courses. Currently, I am working on my PhD research focusing on the use of gamification in self-paced online courses. During the session, I would like to share some of my considerations when designing online courses for busy professionals, as well as my successes and failures when adopting gamification mechanics and strategies in Moodle courses.
