As OER are moving beyond content, and OEP (Open Educational Practices) are emerging to suggest a learner + teacher participation in the co-creation process of teaching/learning material. It is the intention of this presentation to illustrate how with Moodle, and the “Sharing Cart” plugin it is possible to create an environment for teachers to share educational resources among faculty and with students. The culture of sharing exist already in education institutions, it is our role to provide platforms, tools and training to facilitate and promote OEP locally, for it to have an impact on a global scale.
